• What we generate during a project — estimates, design drawings, material selections, site-visit reports, and payment or warranty records created once you engage us as a client.

08 How long we keep your information

If you send an enquiry that doesn't proceed to a project, we retain your details only as long as reasonably needed to follow up, after which they are removed from active use. For completed projects, we retain records for the duration of your warranty period and as required for our business and legal record-keeping.
